Gaana 3.0 for Android and iPhone brings redesigned UI and new features

Gaana.com has updated Gaana for Android and
iPhone to version 3.0 that brings new look, faster
search engine and new features that include,
curated streams, social music discovery and
personalization. The new Discover Section in the
app showcases cherry picked playlists to suit
every mood and also lets you listen to pre-
programmed radio streams (Radio Mirchi streams
& Gaana Radios), featuring popular Radio
Jockeys’ bytes, Celebrity favorites and loads of
curated music.
The app is already available for Blackberry,
Windows and J2ME platforms. Gaana has 7.5
million monthly active users, says the company.
Gaana also offers Gaana+ music service on
Android and iOS platforms that lets users
download music and also offers high quality ad-
free music experience. This is now available for
for $1.99 per month in India, down from the
original price of $2.99 per month.
